We know that a city’s downtown reflects its true heart, and we are committed to making downtown Victoria as desirable a place to live as it is to visit. Owners will make the city core their own, frequenting restaurants, supporting businesses, and giving Victoria a 24/7 vibe that makes downtown more attractive for residents and visitors alike.
With the recent launch of our third downtown project, The 834, and our additional Victoria projects, which are in the planning stages, we hope to see the continued growth and prosperity of the city’s core well into the future. These projects include 640 Michigan and 819 Yates – also in Victoria.
